The following training packages were setup to meet the needs of Accounting Professionals and their teams.

This is not lecture style training, this is hands on training. Your staff will be walked through actual entries in your live set of books. Access for each individual to a computer and internet is required.

Distance Training is available in person with travel costs covered or via Internet and online meeting software.

 3) Train the Trainer

Having the skill to perform tasks doesn’t mean that a person can effectively pass that knowledge on to other

We go through various situations and work with you on how to handle training for various types of individuals and situations

Trainers will be able to train both staff and customers in use of QBO and various apps

5) Follow Up Support

·          Phone or email support related to areas trained while training is ongoing and up to one week following completion. This is available for all 3 levels.

 Certificate of Completion is issued for all 3 levels

 


 ·         GST is added to all invoices

·         Training Sessions do not go beyond 3 hours

·         Training sessions must be completed within a 6 – 8  week period

·         Stand-alone training blocks outside of these packages are $750.00 / person

·         Additional Training Sessions can be booked for a price of $500/ person each with 1 week follow-up support (3 hour blocks)

·         Additional Support Packages can be quoted

·         Phone Support $250.00 per hour (15 min minimum)

·         Internet Support $250.00 per hour (1/2 hour minimums)
